Different people in my party of 7 would have 7 different reactions and feelings. But i speak for myself that beautiful memories were created and it was made possible by the staff who planned and executed the trip for and with us.
Heart full of gratefulness that we had Eriko-san meticulously planning with us from the start and even showed up to say hello to us before we went out on our first day trip.
Much thanks to our suave, reliable and kind driver, Tsutomu-san 🙂 He welcomed us to Sapporo at the New Chitose airport with patience and smiles.
Mari-san was so helpful and brave to join us in ice kayaking! We felt so assured that she was in it with us together, literally in the same boat.
We have enjoyed ourselves very much! We appreciate greatly the  amount of time and efforts made by your team , to select and liaise with the various vendors to assist us in making the vacation a wonderful experience for us 🙂
