This Hokkaido trip was the BEST trip ever!!!!!  This customized trip was
ABOVE AND BEYOND our expectations.  We were well-taken care of by the AWESOME team that Eriko (and the Hokkaido Treasure Island Travel crew) had collaborated together.  1)  Eriko coordinated our DREAM 12 day trip, in the beginning stage of planning our trip she quickly responded to my emails with suggestions and ideas.  She also was very caring and thoughtful.  Upon our delayed arrival to Hokkaido she greeted us with a bag of Onigiris.  OMG it hit the spot!  Plus we had requested to visit and have dinner at Robata Kanisen (it was our must dinner place to visit in Chitose), and she was able to obtain reservations there.  We were so so so GRATEFUL-HAPPY!!!!
2)  Sachiko (tour guide) always be by our side and making sure we were well taken care of.  She also is certified in First Aid, reassuring to have someone like that.
3) Fukiko our driver, her wealth of information of Hokkaido, the knowing of great eating spots and favorite snacks of Hokkaido that was so helpful and more.  She is such a warm and caring person too.  We had fun riding the swan boat and how we communicated was with Google translator (you have to experience how caring these people are)  I can’t stress or express in words how much we appreciate all of their efforts.  This Hokkaido trip was and will be a memorable one for our family.  We felt like VIPs lol.  🙂

Everything was the best!  Well organized tour, whatever we requested they went ABOVE and BEYOND, we could just relax and enjoy.  Also the people in Hokkaido are so welcoming.  And the food so so beautifully presented and TASTY GOOD!
