We truly appreciate our guide Hiromi-san, driver Unuma-san and consultant Haruka-san for making this trip possible for mum and I. All your efforts before and during the tour made my preparations and our journey truly a breeze so that we could just focus on enjoying our every moment in Hokkaido. We treasure these wonderful people whom we met and the precious time we spent together! 🙂 We miss Hokkaido already! 🙂

Our consultant Haruka-san was very patient in going through my requests and discussion points. Although the process was long and we started discussions on the itinerary almost 8 months prior to the trip, she did not lose steam and gave good suggestions and timely responses all the way through. To give my mum a peace of mind (in case of any health issue/emergency) she prepared a list of nearby hospitals according to where we would be staying each night. We appreciated that she took the time to meet us too while we were in Sapporo – we had a nice breakfast together. I was also very touched when she took note of my birth date from the forms that I had filled in and prepared a surprise birthday present for me on the last day of our tour as it coincided with my birthday!
