We have been to Japan more than 15 times over the years both on tour packages and as independent travellers, and this was simply the best trip we had so far. It was deeply memorable in many aspects, including the excellent level of service provided throughout the trip, the well organized bespoke winter activities and the richly rewarding interactions with the locals.

The best part of the private tour was the deeply engaging level of interactions with our excellent driver Shu-san, the interpreters and local guides all of which were excellent, as well as with local townfolks.
