Our trip was fabulous. Miwa san carefully arranged a suitable and relaxed itinerary for us. It met all our needs and requirements. The driver Hoso san was excellent. He was receptive to any changes we wished to make in our itinerary.

Our Furano tours were awesome. We took in the breath-taking beauty of the place – the colourful flower fields, mountains and beautiful landscape. The staff at the hotel Nozo were friendly and helpful. The food, and most of all, the ice cream in Furano were delicious!

As for the hotel in Lake Toya, we did not appreciate it that much. The service was average and it was packed with tour groups. The room was fine but the en-suite bathroom was very small and cramped.

Overall, the trip was a success thanks to Miwa san and Hoso san.
