It’s hard to find enough words to express how wonderful this trip and experience were. We asked for a “foodie & cultural experience,” and it was delivered big time! The guides were all so helpful, our driver was superb, and the many activities, sites, and food experiences were so spot on. And especially loved the local families we visited. Our guides and drivers had a sixth sense and adjusted things based on their perception of what we liked most. They were reading us like a book and what a happy ending! Would definitely recommend Hokkaido Treasure if you want a true Hokkaido experience.

Impossible to answer when there were so many great parts. But if I have to pick one, it was the scallop farming experience since it was at the top of our desired list. And in the end, what we experienced was not the original plan. It was ten times better! Something special about eating fresh 1 year scallops just as they are being harvested.
