We have reached home safely. I’d like to share with you some photos of us with our wonderful guides and hosts who have made our trip so memorable and meaningful. We’d like to specially commend Yama-san for his professionalism, he was very helpful and accommodating! When my sister was not feeling well he escorted her to the van, then when my family and I lost our way he also came out to find us. His careful driving ensured we had a comfortable journey.We also thank you for your thoughtful itinerary, recommendations, and arrangements! Even the gifts from Rokkatei and the apple pies, we enjoyed them very much!

Overall, the trip was very good! Some points for improvement: we did not have enough time to spend in Jozankei as we arrived after dark and left earlier than usual so we didn’t have the chance to visit the bridge and foot bath. That was also our nicest hotel room, so we really wished to have spent more time there. Also, the canoeing activity was more physically demanding than expected, luckily my parents are fit enough but I don’t think it’s suitable for elderly above 70.Yama-san said east Hokkaido is beautiful in spring, we will plan for that in the future! Next time, we will take a photo with you too
