Coordinator Maki took careful notes of all our needs, thoughtfully considering the mobility of our elderly family members and the preferences of the young adults. We were a group of 8 pax across different age groups, and the entire trip was exceptionally well planned and comfortably paced.

Our highlights were the Hokkaido culinary experience and lake canoeing, both arranged seamlessly and enjoyed by everyone.

A special mention goes to our driver, Shu — truly the best driver we have ever encountered in all our years of travel. He takes great pride in his work. His vehicle was spotless, the windows were crystal clear for sightseeing and photos, and he even decorated the car for the season — during our trip, it was Halloween.

Shu also prepared a small stool to help our elderly members get in and out of the car easily, which touched us deeply. He recommended unique and delicious food spots and even doubled as our photographer, capturing wonderful memories throughout the trip.
