My mother and I had the most incredible holiday in Hokkaido from 6–16 October 2025, all thanks to Hokkaido Treasure. From the very beginning, their team impressed us with their warmth, professionalism and genuine passion for showcasing the best of Hokkaido.
We really appreciated how they took the time to understand our interests and preferences, designing a perfect balance between cultural immersion, nature exploration and relaxation. Every detail of our customised itinerary was thoughtfully curated, and I don’t think we could have had the opportunity to experience the local immersive activities if not for Hokkaido Treasure‘s meticulous planning. Their recommendation of accommodations and restaurants was excellent and we also had the flexibility to explore whatever that interested us during the trip that may not have been on the planned itinerary. Our initial point of contact was Arisa san, and later on, Ken san, who remained easily contactable when we were on the trip. Together with our driver Kita san, as well as the numerous local guides we met, they were all super exceptional — knowledgeable, kind and attentive to every need. What truly stood out was their personal touch and genuine hearts. It felt less like a commercial tour and more like being shown around by close friends who deeply love their home. Thanks to Hokkaido Treasure, our mother-daughter trip became an unforgettable memory filled with laughter, discovery and heartfelt connections. I cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone seeking a personalised, seamless and truly special Hokkaido experience. We left Japan with full hearts, beautiful photos, and a longing to return soon — and we will certainly be planning our next adventure with them again!
