It’s not our first time in Japan, but our first time in Hokkaido and the first time getting the services of a local travel company. Miwa, our travel consultant, was so easy to communicate with from the first initial email conversation down to the last day of our trip. It was important for us to make the trip very easy and enjoyable for my senior parents and Miwa helped me schedule the most suitable itinerary for our wants and needs. We really enjoyed the ease of having a private van, driver, and tour guide for the days we were out of Sapporo and all the locations and experiences we had throughout the trip made us appreciate the beauty of Hokkaido’s people and sites.

We appreciated that we were assigned a very friendly and informative tour guide, Su-san, and a very capable and caring driver, Tommy-san. We had so much fun touring with them. I also have to note that we really enjoyed the cherry and blueberry picking at Yamamoto Sightseeing Orchard and the private ice cream making activity at Lake Hill Farm.
