It was an amazing and memorable trip. The ice-cream making and glass blowing experience was an eye opener for us. I travel in a wheelchair and Arisa-san from Hokkaido Treasure helped me to ensure that the itinerary and hotels rooms are assesible.
Masa-san, our driver cum guide was very mindful of my condition and went to great lengths to ensure that I can participate and enjoy myself.
Thanks to Arisa-san and Masa-san, this is one of the best experience I have ever had.

I was able to still enjoy the scenery and activities and not having to worry about assessibility because of the pre-work and ongoing help from Arisa-san and Masa-san.
