We loved all the onsen hotels and activities that Maki reserved for us. From canoeing and boiling an egg in the geothermal springs of Lake Kussharo, to eating gorgeous parfaits in Sapporo—we loved every minute of everyday!  Having a private onsen in our room was perfect for me and my adult children. We appreciated having access to all the executive lounges in the hotels.

Maki Sasaya is the best travel agent I have ever worked with. She was prompt with responses with me, gave me sage advice, and I really appreciate that she gave me ideas to reduce my tour cost a little bit.
