Could not have asked for a better team to take care of us. Our specific needs were met and made it an unforgettable day.  When the website boasts “Inspirational private tours, tailored especially for you” they were not joking. We had such a wonderful one-day-tour experience with Hokkaido Treasure Island Travel. From the beginning all our requests were accommodated and suggestions were discussed. The travel route was meticulously set out to ensure no waste of time and the arrangements made at the vineyard, brewery & distilleries made us feel very special and welcomed.

A special shout out to our patient and caring tour co-ordinator Arisa. She patiently attended to all our queries, even the one not at all related to the booked day tour and suggested many places for us to visit in Sapporo. And caring enough to want to meet us at the train station so we do not get lost, getting to the hotel. She also sent us detailed directions that would put Google Maps to shame. And the icing on the cake was meeting us for dinner – that is TRULY service!
