Really pleased with everything! The quality of the service is excellent, the hotels booked are as promised, food recommendations are also really good. Maki-San and the driver Mr Kobayashi are both very accommodating and friendly, our family had such a great first time in Hokkaido. Overall highly recommend and will definitely go again.
