We had a wonderful trip organized by Hokkaido Treasure. Miwa-san was fantastic from the get-go, helping with the organizing, planning the activities we wanted to do and giving her suggestions. She was attentive, responsive, and proactive. My son was not well halfway in the trip and she shared information and directed us to the English speaking doctor near our hotel. Hotels booked were all great. Comfortable and a nice mix. Since we were there nearing Christmas, Miwa-san also prepared a special cake for us at our final hotel. The driver Naoki-san was also fantastic. He spoke English well, safe driver, attentive to our needs. All in all, we highly recommend Hokkaido Treasure.
