Hokkaido Treasure Island Travel’s consultant Arisa  planned an amazing 9-days holiday for our family of 4. The trip was crafted according to what we wanted, with personal touches from Arisa. We did snowshoeing and canoeing, enjoyed nature, and even went stargazing, though the weather did not cooperate. Our guides and driver were friendly and professional. Accommodation was good. I was even given a surprise birthday cake for my birthday. We can’t be happier with this trip, and would definitely use Hokkaido Treasure Island Travel should we plan to visit again.

We enjoyed the trip very much. Our consultant Arisa communicated with us patiently right from the start, and developed the travel plan according to what we wished for with useful suggestions. The planning process was easy and smooth with her. During the trip, our driver Saito-san, whose driving skills and service had always been impeccable, and both our guides were good. Especially Chika-san who is experienced and speaks very good English.  We are happy with this trip, and will not hesitate to contact you when we plan to visit Hokkaido again in future.
