We had a great and wonderful time on our recent holidays to Hokkiado. We specially appreciate the great  recommendations and suggestions and arrangements and planning done by Eriko- san! We had great Japanese Kaiseki Dinners as arranged by Eriko- san. We enjoyed the trip as it was not the usual tourist itinerary. We get to enjoyed special activity like indigo dyeing, special cooking class , walking in the beech forest and visiting a broccoli farm and having lunch cooked by the locals. We had a fabulous time at the Korakuen ryokan at Otaru and Nonokaze Resort at Lake Toya , both with private onsens which we enjoyed so much. We enjoyed the nightly fireworks at Lake Toya , from the lakeside, from pur hotel room and on the cruise ship on the Lake. And the wonderful afternoon tea at Windsor Hotel at Lake Toya with the wonderful views of the lake spread out below us.  We cannot forget sight of the lavender fields and golden and reds flowers fields at Furano and the peace and quiet of the Garden of  Daisetsu Mori.And kudos to our efficient and friendly driver, Taji-san with his smooth driving skills.
And bringing us to unexpected places of interest. And his bringing us to local restaurants for the best Ramen and the best seafood lunch at Otaru, Shiosai .
