Private tour is highly recommended. HTI tour consultants are very thoughtful, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient　planning our itinerary. We felt the warm personal welcome by Mari-san from HTI office. Meeting Mari-san in person made us feel very happy and we appreciated her personal gesture that made our trip even more memorable. Mari came with Ken to help us with our many luggages and hotel check in. It’s just an exceptional gesture of kindness and care.

There are so many best parts of our private tour. All thanks to firstly the tour consultants: Haruka-san was our first contact at the HTI, she answered many questions in a timely manner. Haruka left HTI and seamlessly Mari-san took over and worked just as tirelessly and diligently on our itinerary. Thank you both so much for all your hard work, thoughtful suggestions and care in what you do. Secondly, Hosono san, our chauffeur, and last but not least, to all our local tour guides (Sara san, Hiroko san, Keiko san).
The tour was amazing from the day we arrived in Hakodate to the day we departed Sapporo back home.
