This is one of the best family holidays by far! Ms Nakai-san’s from Hokkaido Treasure Island Travel made planning the entire itinerary a breeze! She was prompt in addressing all my queries, patient in settling all my whimsical changes and knowledgeable in suggesting excellent and interesting activities for the young and old in my family.  We thought that Nakai-san was only a planner behind the computer but no! She actually turned up on our soba making day and surprised us with 2 cakes to celebrate Christmas together! Her customer service is remarkable!. Just when we thought things cannot get better, we were acquainted with the nicest driver ever, Mr Kato-san. Ever responsible, punctual and fun loving, he made us feel very safe under his care for all 10 days. He is one of the safest driver we saw when we braved snow storms and navigated small roads. Kato-san was my kids best friend! They played snowball fights everyday and they love the many snowman Kato-san built for them. Kato-san even taught my kids how to take exquisite photographs of the winter landscape. He went out of the way to bring us to his favourite local market and we had the most incredible Japanese local food ever! Harvesting cabbages, glass blowing, snowshoeing, etc …. Will be amongst one of the best memories we will carry with us forever! We will definitely be back for more.
