This trip was very well planned out by Haruka-san. I told her the places I want to go, and she organised it with additional stops for us to enjoy. As we have a big group, she take that into consideration and advise us on the free and easy meals and logistics accordingly. Every meal planned out was sumptuous and we were all delighted on how widespread the food was provided!
The guide cum drivers, Masa-san, Yatti-san and Iga-san, were friendly, courteous and respectful. They were responsive and considerate to our needs. We had very enjoyable moments with them driving us around.
The ski instructors at Furano were patient and encouraging. We had lots of fun learning and overcoming some of our fears.
We are happy and satisfied with the service provided and our hoilday turns out a dream come true. Thank you so much for your hard work!
