This is arguably one of the best private tours we have experienced thus far. I chanced upon the website whilst looking for a relaxed but also fun tour/experience since we have a mixed age group (3 generations) .Megumi san of Treasure Island was able to plan a perfect itinerary for us – we enjoyed some great sight seeing, e biking, shopping and hiking up a snow clad mountain! In addition, we were matched with one of the best driver/tour guide. He took care of my mom whilst we enjoyed our activities. I would recommend that if anyone were to bring their elderlies to request for him – Tetsuya san.

Furthermore, the company also celebrated my birthday twice – 2 cakes on 2 different occasions. Haruka san (coordinator) also presented me with the best gift – 2 lovely glasses.

I will certainly use them again !
