We loved our trip organized by Hokkaido Treasure Island Travel. Haruka Nakai, our tour planner, was exceptionally patient with us. She also really listened to our needs and what we were looking for in a trip. We had three generations traveling so we had a variety of needs. Haruka fulfilled them all with an itinerary that matched the pace for all generations in our group. Our tour guide and driver were very attentive and really took care of us. They were also gracious and accommodated all our requests. Most importantly, our guide and driver really allowed us to relax and feel taken care of so that we could enjoy each other’s company instead of worrying about logistics. The quality of the hotels and experiences we had were amazing. We felt very special with the personalized attention, with most experiences just being our small group. While the cost of our trip was not inexpensive, the quality we experienced for the cost was great value. The quality and seamlessness of our experience was invaluable. We would not have been able to re-create this experience ourselves.
