We are very satisfied with Megumi, our travel consultant, and Hoso, our personal driver. We went to Hakodate and Niseko for a total of 7 days and 6 nights and this is our second time engaging them. Megumi is very thorough and meticulous in her planning and follows through every request without any complaints. Our email threads are very long , going back and forth on certain details, yet no mistake was made in the final outcome. Unlike Tokyo or other bigger cities, Hokkaido doesn’t have many halal certified restaurants for us, Muslim tourists. Megumi helped liaise with the restaurants to check on the ingredients to ensure the food they serve is permissable for us to eat. When we were there, she checks in on us every time, to ensure we are ok. Hoso is punctual, goes the extra mile to ensure we are comfortable and always accedes to our requests without any show of impatience or annoyance. He is a wonderful driver and we feel very safe in his luxurious and clean Toyota Alphard. This personalized and customized trip exceeds our expectations and we will be engaging them again in June next year! They made us fall in love with Hokkaido!
