A backdated review from my family trip during Autumn in October. I liaised with Megumi-san for months before the trip to discuss on the itinerary and accommodation. She was really patient towards our requests to accommodate the young & old we are bringing along the trip. Fast forward to our 10days vacation, Tatsuya san was even more accommodating and understanding. Very patient when we were late from crisis with our baby. Not only that, he given us tons of parenting tips and drove us to a handful of kids department store which we fell in love with and didn’t bare to leave. Thank you for the wonderful memories and hope that we will meet again!
