Signed up with Hokkaido Treasure Island Travel (HTIT) after going through extensive research and even plans to do my own self drive with family. I’m so glad I decided to take up with HTIT and with Yuki planning the trip for us. She was very thoughtful and asked about our objectives and areas of interest. Patiently doing up a few different itinerary for us and booking necessary equipment in advance. The trip I must say was one of the most well organized and stress free. The driver was able to communicate with us and very attentive to details. He even made changes to make sure we enjoyed our stay. For example when we had some time, he travels to Lavender Farm and our kids loved it! The driver was open to new requests and always willing to assist. We were lucky not to chose self drive because we experienced heavy snow storms and it is not worth the risk especially when the family was with you. Enjoyed the trip and will recommend anyone who want to have a customized itinerary and peace of mind.
