We are 6 friends travelling together and the holiday was planned a year back. We knew we had to book early as we wanted to visit during the Snow Festivals which is one of the peak seasons. Our tour co ordinator, Ms Eriko San has done en excellent job putting together a 10 day itinerary that was luxurious, comfortable and met most of our requirements. She had patiently corresponded with us for a good one year to ensure that things worked out as planned. The service provided was par excellence and she even welcomed us with a box of mouth watering Hokkaido cheese tarts. And indeed everything worked out very well and the weather held up for us too. We managed to snow mobile, dog sled, drift ice cruise, watched the red crowned cranes, see red foxes and enjoyed some of the best japanese cuisines and Onsens . Did some shopping too!. Special mention of our English speaking driver guide Mr Tatsuya San for being the best driver guide there is in Hokkaido. He was knowlegeable ,helpful and extremely fun driver and I would highly recommend him if you need an english speaking driver. You may find their quotes a bit higher than your local travel agencies but you really get your money’s worth at the end of the day. I would highly recommend Hokkaido Treasure Island Travel, Ms Eriko San and Mr Tatsuya San if you are looking for a great holiday experience!!!
