This was our first trip to Hokkaido in the summertime. Hokkaido is a little bit off the beaten track, so it’s harder to independently understand and organize activities. Megumi had the local knowledge to put together one of the most interesting and beautiful holidays we have ever had. Our son and daughter-in-law have lived in Japan for 6 months and they have told me that this was their highlight.

Megumi was always on hand via messenger if we needed anything and often checked in to make sure we were having a great trip.

The highlights for us were the Washo Markets, the private canoeing trip on Lake Kussharo and the private farm visit organized for us in Biei. The accommodation was wonderfully chosen and suited to the needs of our family. We also really enjoyed having a car so we could travel at our own pace.
