Kaori-san was assigned to handle our request for a snow program for our girls, 4 and 6 years old, in late November. Despite the difficulty because it is still early winter and snow is not definite in November, Kaori-san seemed experience and promised us an unforgettable trip with snow. And we were not disappointed.
At first we were slightly thrown back by the cost of the proposal, although Kaori-san did counter propose with alternative cheaper options, we did not regret her suggestions. Accomodation, food and itinery were well curated and all the details (likes and dislikes of the family members were taken care of). Kaori-san also went the extra mile to help us make reservations at popular restaurants during our free and easy days in Sapporo, which really made it hassle free for us as we skip the queue.

Our english driver Kito-san, was a friendly and patient man. He was always punctual and courteous with a smiley face and the girls like him alot. He even gifted them small alpaca souvenirs.

I would definitely recommend Kaori-san and the agency to friends and family who are looking for customised hokkaido travel, especially those who are busy and have no time to research/plan on their own. Even if you have time, you may not know hokkaido like the locals.
